Why Me?
I have spent my professional life developing my skill set to be the person people look to when growing or developing their marketing team. The last ten years have been focused on building from scratch a best in class digital Marketing department and brand story for an international hospitality brand. My involvement is to direct and build strategy, develop the right team and tools, and implement digital marketing channels to directly drive brand awareness, audience engagement, revenue, and national sales and lead generation across direct to consumer marketing and two national B2B sales teams.
I am an A-Z marketer who is hands on in every step of the day to day marketing of our sales and brand story. Leader of a small team who leads by example and not thru direction. The increased brand awareness, revenue and growth in consumer and business awareness can be directly tied to the marketing and sales strategies and implementation of my leadership and team. Our brand has grown from 1 brand with under 200 locations to 4 brands with over 700 locations during my time with the brand.

Working closely with the CTO, lead the development of all internal Marketing Technology needs including web, mobile, application and voice for consumer facing and B2B sales needs. Have launched 3 websites, multiple micro-sites, a voice skill and 2 mobile applications leading to a direct increase in revenue and consumer brand awareness. Mobile first strategy lead to an increase to 70% of consumers engaging with our brand in mobile and 60% increase in digital conversions.
Direct and create the day to day strategy and development and content creation across multiple social media channels including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram. Grew social platforms from zero to over 1 Million community members. Increased social conversions to direct bookings by 90%. Multiple award winning social campaigns.
Direct and create the day to day strategy for lead generation in digital space for National Sales Team and Franchise Development Team. Increased National Pet Sales volume from 10M to over 40M in 5 years. Increased 200K affiliate program to 7M in 3 years.
